At 405 Collective, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Original packaging required
- Proof of purchase required

If approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it fast.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Personal care items
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order once approved
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified of approval
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days
- Funds go back to your original payment method
